These programs are under the state rehab. I would need to go back through
training again, at this point and there is no vending facilities in this
area just now. I don't have the money to move either. The state sets
stands up for the blind to run and buys the equipment. I did not own the
machines the state did, so I can't go back into it without retraining, and
then moving to where the location is that I am eligible for.
