Hi Jamie,

Freedom Scientific only kept my Braille Lite for five business days.  My son 
mailed it on Mon. of one week, and I got it back on Fri. of the next week. 
However, if there is something bad wrong with the unit itself, it might take 
longer.  I thought this was really good service though, and it wasn't in the 
shop long enough for me to borrow one.

If a person sends in a note taker for cleaning,
maintenance, or repair, how long does it take to get
it back? Do they have a loan program where they would
loan you one while they are servicing yours?
