Lissi, To left justify text in Word: Select the text you want to left justify. Pull down the Format menu. Choose Paragraph from the menu. The first field in the dialog box is a combo box called Alignment. That's the one you want for left justifying. Hit the down arrow until you see left then hit Enter.
