I now know you successfully uploaded your book, but if there are problems it
is always a good idea to open in Word or Wordpad and follow Pratik's
suggestion of adding then deleting a character and then resaving the file.
Doing that takes very little time, and can fix a multitude of stupid
problems. :-)
