Chris, since you know what it's like in the print edition, match it to the print edition. If you think that will get questioned, but a note in the comments field when you submit the book that says that the title done that way matches how it's done in the print edition.

    that the OCR software has taken a word that's in all capitals and
    transformed it into something called 'small caps' and then done
    another transformation on part of the word to make it all lower
    case. I see that occasionally when I'm proofreading.
