Lets just think of it this way. How many of us on this list, own KES, Open
Book, or Win Wizard. I know from personal experience that saving in a
format that is useable by all makes sure your book gets validated much much
faster.
So... I would submit in .rtf from now on, and not worry what exactly the
site says. It does need updating, but it isn't a priority when we still
have a backlog of books.
