Put it up with  a hold for me (Cindy, or Grandma Cindy; what kind of a book is 
it, and how long? Are you any hurry for it?
Some books use asterisks for footnotes instead of numbers.
 Are thefot notees themselves at the bottom of the page or in another section 
at the end of the book?
