Frankly as a new validator, I am more comfortable editing books in .ark. Those books will probably be gone soon enough, but while they are there, I will be more than happy to validate them!

Of course, when they go to submit, they are still given the option of submitting in those formats. Seems like maybe it would be good to have it such that they needed to send in RTF, except, of course, if there were some who really could not do this, then they would be unable to submit books or they would have to get special permission to submit in another format.
