Ijust opened Bertrice Small's latest novel, The Last
Heiress, to read and discovered that it's the fourth
in the Friarsgate series, the previous three being
Rosamund, Until You, and Philippa. It deals with
Rosamund's youngest daughter, the court of Henry VIII,
and the English/Scots conflict, Friarsgate, the
estate, being on the English-Scots border. I really
liked hte previous three novels, though Until You a
misdgeon less.
