Hi Christina,

With your cursor in the table, hit Alt to go to the ribbons, right-arrow  to
Table  Layout, down arrow to Select, and choose "Table."  Press Alt again,
left arrow to Insert, down-arrow to "Tables," press Enter on "Table Button
Pulldown Grid.  Arrow down to "Create Text from Table" and press Enter.

Sorry--if there are simple keystrokes for this process, I don't know them.
