Hi Chris,
Why don't you re-submit the book and I'll finish cleaning up my copy as
best I can. It's already very clean. All I have to do is put in the page
breaks as best I can. What that translates into is not having the screen
shots and having some blank pages at the ends of chapters. I will make
sections of the book be on the pages the table of contents say they're on.
If that is unacceptable, someone please let me know.
