I agree. In my youth, my single days, when I went out to clubs, Brandy Alexanders, Pink Squirrels and Pink Ladies were my favorites. Now, at least at one place I went with my daughter and some of her friends a couple of years ago, the bartender had never heard of them. I used to enjoy, on New Year's Eve and after a special dinner, Cherry Heering or Creme de Caco with cream on the top. One savors it on the tongue and drinks slowly.
