Hi Nancy, Press CTRL+R. This is the shortcut to the Go to Bookmark option in the Navigation menu. You'll land in the list of bookmarks. Navigate to the one you want to get rid of, then just hit the DELETE key, and OK out of the dialog box. BTW, when you want to create a bookmark, rather than going to the Navigation menu, you can use the CTRL+B shortcut to quickly access the Create a Bookmark function in the Navigation Menu; this creates a bookmark at the current level, but if you want to edit such parameters as its level and description, rather than just pressing CTRL+B once, press it twice quickly when your cursor is at the point where you want to create the bookmark, and you'll be placed in a dialog of options through which you can TAB and use F1 for context-sensitive help.
