Admin folks, is there a reason we can't change text files to rtf, but must
upload the validated copy as txt? It would be so much easier to do
spell-checking and page-break retention if I didn't have to end up with a
txt file. If i have to jump through hoops, I like to know there's a real
reason for it, not just that it's always been that way.
