Aren't titles supposed to be done in 20 point rather than 18? Here's something
I recently recved from Bookshare staff.
In the future, please make sure the book’s title is in 20 point font and bolded.

Only the first instance should be 18 pt bold, not both. Since the chapter title
that is on the second "book" page should be 16 pt bold, I think the second
"book" heading may be confusing, but should be left in and left 12 pt normal.

The book I'm reading has within it three "books", titled "The First
Book", "The Second Book", and "The Third Book". In each case the
title of the book appears on a page that is either blank otherwise or
contains a poem. The page immediately following this page is blank,
and the page following *that* /_repeats_/ the title of the book,
followed by the title of a chapter, followed by the body text.
In preparing the navigation, should both instances of the "book's"
title be rendered in 18-point bold?
