The Red Phalarope was still present at Covington at 7:00 - 7:45 PM this
evening. It spent most of the time working along the Kentucky shore from the
mouth of the Licking River to Mike Fink's floating restaurant. No terns were
seen during our time there. Earlier in the afternoon there was a report of a
possible storm-petrel of undetermined species in flight and resting on the
river at this same location.
