Does anyone know of any Sandhill Cranes in KY or IN that are still hanging
around. I have a friend in WV with a Sandhill that was in rehab, the bird is
now healed and ready to go, flying well in a continuous flight and she wants
to let it go with other(s) of its kind so it can get into the right
migration pattern/group. She has checked with several groups and so far had
no luck. Some have suggested that most of them are probably now in WI. Any
help would be appreciated.
