[birdky] Sandhill Crane

I was surprised to hear what sounded like a Sandhill Crane in farm
fields behind my house on Griffin Graves Creek Road in Henderson County
last evening. We do not get many that come through this area and seeing
as if it is so late in the season for a Crane to still be here I
questioned what I was hearing. The distinctive call continued for about
10 minutes than a lone Sandhill flew up from over a rise and flew
towards our house and directly over our property in a westerly
direction. My wife and daughter had come out of the house just in time
to also see it and confirm that it was indeed a Crane.
