[birdky] RPT: Falls of the Ohio WCMA, Long-tailed Ducks Still Present

Birded a few areas around Falls of the Ohio SP this morning.  Stopped by 
Clark's Cabin and observed an adult Bald Eagle sitting on the nest, probably 
incubating?  Sixteen Long-tailed Ducks were viewed from Ashland Park, three out 
of town birders got to see them, pretty cool!!
