[birdky] RPT: Bald Eagle, Greenup Co.

I observed a Bald Eagle fly across US 23 at the Narrows in Greenup Co. on my 
way home from work at approximately 14:30 hours today.  It was coming from the 
Ohio River and headed up a hollow toward a ridge where eagles have been 
observed roosting in the past.
