Andrew,
I was there around lunchtime yesterday for about 90 minutes and did
not have any luck. When it is sunny, the heat distortion makes
viewing at a distance quite difficult. There were four other birders
present for at least part of the time while I was there. I do not
know if they had any luck after I left. I did see a male harrier while
I was there.
For what it's worth, It was my eBird report from the 24th that was
forwarded to the list.
