[birdky] RBA- Harlequin Duck

Brainard just called.

Donald Morse found a female HARLEQUIN DUCK resting on the bank of the Ohio 
River in New Richmond, Ohio.

Brainard and Joe Caminiti are there now at Skipper's River Cafe on Front Street 
in New Richmond, Ohio.

When they arrived there, the bird was on the river in Kentucky and is now back 
on the bank on the Ohio side.
