[birdky] Ivory-billed woodpecker talk

Sadly, this is not a report of an IBWO sighting in Kentucky!

Dr Geoff Hill of Auburn University is giving a talk on his search for the
ivory-billed woodpecker on Thursday night (Feb 28th) at 7.30 pm at the
Cincinnati Museum Center, Reakirt auditorium (www.cincymuseum.org). I have seen
Geoff talk before and he is very lively and entertaining, an excellent birder
too, and there will no doubt be some great photos of his team in action in the
swamps. He will be signing copies of his recent book on this subject which is a
gripping read (I have no financial connection with him by the way).

Watching a talk about hot, humid swamps and IBWOs would be a great way to spend
a chilly Thursday evening!

Cheers
Ian
