I'm slow to report, but he announced his presence late afternoon Monday,
while I was cleaning out the strawberry patch. I was out of town yesterday
but my husband heard him again Tuesday morning. Today he's been singing
strong all morning and I found him in the same place he called from last
year, high on the hill. I'm just so thrilled he's back, one of my favorite
backyard summer residents!
