[birdky] November 2003 Kentucky Warbler & KOS dues renewal

Some of you may be wondering where the heck your November 2003 issue of The
Kentucky Warbler is . . . .  

Well, several delays, mostly involving the holidays, have been overcome and
I hope The Warbler will be mailed this weekend.

With this issue of the Warbler will be a dues renewal envelope for 2004
dues.  As this is all running late, prompt replies to the dues renewal
announcement will be appreciated!
