Subject: [birdky] Re: Legislation against hawks! 24RS SB 59

I read the proposed legislation to essentially be saying it would prevent KDFWR
from fining or otherwise punishing anyone caught killing those named hawks.
Kind of a twisted method of essentially allowing the hawk killing if no
punishment by KDFWR in all of KY.
