I attempted to get out to Horseshoe Road slough this morning.
No luck. KY136, just past Mill Pond Road (CR1574), had been completely washed
out.
KY136 is blocked off and mounds of dirt have been put over the road to keep
anyone from passing that point.
Looks like the Ohio River came up and did a number on KY136. The river has
since dropped but the road is really washout.
Maybe the state will fix it sometime. Sure hope so.
I don’t really want to access HRs via Union Co. and the Mt. Vernon bend.
