I birded Green River Lake today and located the FRANKLIN'S GULL on the roof with the Ring-billed Gulls at the Holmes Bend Marina. It flew down the lake and I later saw it at Corbin Bend. I didn't see the LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL until around 4pm CST when it came in with the other gulls at Corbin Bend. For anyone not familiar with the area- For Corbin Bend take the road toward Holmes Bend Marina, turn left just past D & J Storage, when the road splits take a right to the end of the road (about 3.5 miles), then walk down over the bank on the right to view the area.
