All,
eBird is going through a taxonomy update so some odd alerts are coming out.
As part of the update Sedge Ween is being split into Grass Wren (a
non-migrating species of Mexico and south of there) and Sedge Wren
(migratory species of North America).
I think the Grass Wren is retaining the original latin name with Sedge Wren
getting a new name. The reports and listings of Grass Wren will revert to
Sedge Wren when the process is over.

from a perch in tall grass and would disappear downwards into the grass and
hop back up. Yellowish bill. Metallic sounding CHEAP cheap cheap cheap
song. Flies almost like hummingbird"
