[birdky] Foresters Tern at the Falls of the Ohio

I'm posting this for Tom and Colleen Becker who reported seeing a Forester's
Tern and a Caspian Tern at the Falls of the Ohio State Park earlier this
evening. They also reported that the white pelican was still there as well.
