[birdky] Falls at the Ohio River

I birded the Falls area this mornig at the Ohio River and along with 40 or
so coots at the basin area was a black scoter. The coots were all sort of
picking on it and shortly after I saw it it flew. I tried to relocate it but no
luck. Eddie Huber
