Yesterday afternoon about 4:30 after a downpour ended and the sky became
interesting, I went outside in hopes of flyovers. Upon stepping out the
front door I noticed to the west a swirl of, at the very least, 30-40
Double-crested Cormorants kettling up into fast moving wispy clouds
to head north. Over the next hour I also had 118 Broad-winged Hawks
trickle over the house. Nice way to end a rainy day.
