I realized a short time ago that, for the first time in hours, it wasn’t
raining. By the time I grabbed the scope and hurried outside, it was dripping
again and I was only out for a few minutes, but that was long enough to spot
our FOS Blue Grosbeak. It was picking grain bits, from the pavement in front
of the house.
