We may try, but I expect our pleas will go unanswered in Frankfort. Best
bet would be to write the Governor and see if he has the power to do it by

Overall our best bet is to write Joe Biden and his administration to ask
them to reinstate the nationwide ban and not wait until the end of his
administration to do it.
