I guess the easiest solution is to remove the header. Most of the declared 
functions aren't supported anyway. Removing the restrict qualifier or 
commenting out the hash table related functions are alternatives.

This should be fixed in Haiku, though. There's already a ticket for that BTW 
(#2262).
