[beports] A 4th BEPORTS_PLATFORM?

Should we be thinking about the 4th BEPORTS_PLATFORM? That is, Haiku
built with GCC4. Just tossing this idea out there, as I know some
things are just not going to work until then such as the WebKit port
and the newer VLC versions.
