Yesterday a male CERULEAN WARBLER was singing in the Black Walnut tree in our
backyard. The residents, SCARLET TANAGER, YELLOW-THROATED VIREO, AMERICAN
REDSTART, YELLOW WARBLER, YELLOW THROATED WARBLER, GRAY CATBIRD, BROWN
THRASHER, TREE SWALLOWS, PURPLE MARTINS and EASTERN TOWHEE were also vocal. A
male COMMON YELLOWTHROAT, a flock of CEDAR WAXWINGS, and a YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT
came to bathe in the yard stream.
