Good birds and very nice photos even if you guys do look cold :)
I guess we could have made the outing anyway. It's difficult to outguess Mother
Nature.

Area Birders,
The Talbotts (Ed II, Ed III, Michelle and Chazzy) along with Don Carrier
birded Virginia's highest valley today. We located two Bald Eagles and two
Golden Eagles, a Rough-legged Hawk, and eight Red-tailed Hawks. Other
interesting birds included 13 Black Ducks, a dozen Ravens, 33 Green-winged
Teal, a Horned Grebe, 2 Loggerhead Shrikes, and a Red-headed Woodpecker.
