Yes. From the help information, it said that pushing and holding down 2
would take you to the top of the branch, so I thought that meant the
beginning of the chapter, or whatever section you are in. I guess I
misunderstood the help thing. It does go to the top navigation level, such
as preface or to the bottom (8) the phrase level.

4 and 6 do go to the beginning and end of the file. I wish the fast reverse
were a single key held down that would go back or forward by a given
increment; pushing the shift plus another key is very awkward, especially if
you are looking for something you want repeated, and have to do it several
times.

So I guess there is no bug.

Hi Jackie,

I need some more information from you about the problem with the 2
and 8 keys. When you press and hold the 2 key for one beep, you
should go to the top navigation level which is always Preface. When
you press and hold the 8 key for one beep, you should go to phrase
navigation. In both cases, your current reading position won't
change, but the jump increment will change when you start pressing 4
or 6. Is your BC working this way?

Thanks,
Katie
