Ken is an NRA Master Training Counselor. This bodes well for BSC members who

Last night meeting; Nobody quit. Nobody was nominated. No problem.
Meeting over at 7:45. I repeated that the safest shooters in the club are
usually the ones that have been involved with action shooting and it is in
the best interest of the club to promote BAS. Also, it seems that the trend
is for prospective members to shoot with members like us before being voted
in. We will take in a few new members every month like we did 4 years ago.
Some of our active guest shooters that want to join should get an application.

Saturday, resume practice after Christmas.
This is a great
time of year to get started shooting defensive pistol,
IDPA. We usually have a challenging stage to either
sharpen skills or shoot this for the first time. If we
have 6 people, that is a crowd for December, so if you are
just getting started don't worry about being in the
way. We need to continue to grow the group. Since it
looks nasty tomorrow, let's start again New Years
eve.
I am at the range during the week
often, so if someone wants to set up a practice or
orientation during the week, let me know.
Wade is watching the weather for our IDPA match
this Sunday.
