Hi Action Shooters!
Thanks for the great turnout today - We had 10 shooters and that bodes
extremely well for our Tuesday night match.
I thought everybody shot great and did an excellent job of safe gun handling.
The RO's picked up the commands quickly and we're in great shape staff-wise for
the match.  The only thing we're going to do differently Tuesday night is to
paint between  bracket matches and accept real money!  ;)

Special congratulations to Tim who shot a 267 out of a possible 300 on his RI
Pistol Qualifier!  What's even more impressive is that he did this with a .45
caliber Glock that he had never shot before... and he didn't take any shots to
sight it in!  Tim had 5-6 shots that were touching in the X-ring and 10 Ring!
Even Bradford Bear would be impressed by great shooting like this!  Way to go
Tim - That was just awesome!!!
In case some of you guys left early and missed it, Wade gave some great tips on
one hand shooting on a plate rack:    If your shooting with your right hand
only, shoot right to left.  If your shooing with your left hand only, shoot
left to right.  When one hand shooting, the gun tends to recoil toward the
center line of your body and you can use that to your advantage to get to the
next plate faster.  It sure is nice having an NRA instructor around!  Thanks
Wade!
Note:  Remember Wade's tip - We'll probably be doing one hand shooting at the
next match!

Mike - Please bring the roll of raffle tickets to the match - I have a nice
Hornady baseball cap to give away.   LOL - and drag Dan Gallager along - We
need all the executive support we can get to kick this off right!  Everybody
wear nice shirts as our pictures may end up in Next month's club news letter!

Thanks again and see you all Tuesday night!
Best regards,Jack
