[AZ-Observing] Web server to be down for maintenance this afternoon

All,

The SAC web site, The NGC/IC Project's web site (which a lot of you use to make 
observing lists), and several others, will be down this evening for periodic 
maintenance.  This will include the mail server as well, which includes 
mailboxes under saguaroastro.org, ngcic.org, and psiaz.com

At this time the server will be physically moved from its current DSL 
connection to a T1 connection which everyone tells me is much more reliable 
(we'll see....)
