[AZ-Observing] Re: We may lose some darkness west side of Sentinel...

Thanks for the references Thad.  To put things in perspective, Sentinel will
be 45 miles east of the refinery.  The Vekol observing area is about 45
miles south-west of the Phoenix light dome.
