[AZ-Observing] Possible meteor shower from comet Hartley 2

Howdy all;
The article below gives some info on a possible meteor shower from Comet
Hartley 2. The peak would be Nov. 2 or 3. You know how difficult it is
to determine the exact orbit of such debris, but it will be worth looking
for. The meteors would appear to come from Cygnus.
