That same Clear Sky Chart site shows the sky as currently (2 p.m.) having 5/5 
transparency.  This is a rare instance where the model shows better 
transparency than cloud cover, which of course can't be the case.

Click on the square representing current cloud cover (not transparency), since 
that model appears to be much better initialized.  Animate the image.  It shows 
a northwestern motion to the cirrus, with possible clearing around 8:00 
tonight.  Behind that are more widely scattered cirrus clouds, so it's possible 
that we will under clear sky for a few prime time hours.
