I'll give you a 'maybe' for Labor Day Observing (approx Aug 30 - Sept 3)
realizing that it will be mobbed with people having bright lanterns and
off-road vehicles. Also, there's some thinking that the weather will be more
monsoon-like than the coming weekend, which will be fairly clear and dry.
