[AZ-Observing] New amateur comet C/2002 Y1 (JUELS-HOLVORCEM)

     IAUC 8039 reports the discovery of a new comet by Charles Juels and
Paulo Holvorcem.  Not only has a name already been assigned, but a
preliminary orbit based on just a one-day arc is published:

     T = 2003 Apr. 10.532 TT          Peri. = 131.057
                                      Node  = 166.893   2000.0
     q = 0.67088 AU                   Incl. = 106.303

I would expect thtese elements to change considerably---the ones here are
really only intended for finding in the coming week or two.  The implication
however is that this is still coming in toward the Sun and could brighten
