Can you tell me what the visual "floor" is to the west ??
What I am looking for is at what elevation can objects be seen (or not seen)
to the west.
I am pretty sure that the south would be "Phoenix Light Dome" limited,
probably about 20 degrees (guessing).
I would also assume North and East are less than 10 degrees blockage from
horizon.
