Over the past few nights, I've imaged M1 for what is now the umpteenth time.
(See photo here.) Just lately, though, I see a feature I've overlooked. There
seems to be a vortex/tornado looking feature that stands out, at least to me.
It emanates from the center and wraps around toward the 10 o'clock position, as
you look at the photo. (Actually, there are several.)
My question is, assuming you see it, has this been noted or observed in the
past?
