The forecast for Happy Jack (FM):

Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 36. Breezy, with a southwest
wind between 22 and 25 mph becoming calm. Winds could gust as high as 38
mph.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 68. Calm wind becoming southwest between 12
and 15 mph. Winds could gust as high as 22 mph.
Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 37.
Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 71.
Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 44.

Thu and Fri the weather graph is showing 27% sky cover (haze or clouds???).

For Cherry, here is the scoop:

Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 44. Southwest wind between
17 and 20 mph becoming calm. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 80. Calm wind becoming south southwest
between 7 and 10 mph.
Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 48.
Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 82.
Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 53.

Sky cover 26%.

The satellite shows this stuff coming up out from the SSW, but the cloud
train at the moment ends a few hundred miles off the Mexican coast. I
suspect the sky cover will be mostly hazy stuff.

Looks like Thurs/Fri are a bit "iffy" as well...

I'll be at Fredericksen Meadow Thursday and Friday. Don't know about
Saturday yet. The forecast up there is looking iffy right now.

If I don't stay, I will be passing the 169 exit on the way home, of
course,
and if the skies look better there (forecast or by eye), I could stop
for
the night. Won't know until tomorrow morning.
